“I giovani d’oggi non hanno voglia di lavorare!”. Una classica frase fatta che si ripete da sempre. Chi parla in questo modo si sente migliore: “ai suoi tempi” ci si accontentava di poco, ci si spaccava la schiena, si faceva la gavetta. Ma, anche ammesso che sia proprio così, è davvero un esempio virtuoso? Le condizioni di lavoro dovrebbero essere giuste e sostenibili, a prescindere dall’età e dall’esperienza!
“Kids these days just don’t want to work!’ A classic cliché that’s been repeated forever. People who talk like this feel superior: “Back in their day” they used to settle for less, work their backs off, and start at the bottom. But even if it was actually like that, is it really a good example? Working conditions should be fair and sustainable, regardless of age and experience!
